Magazines Questions and Answers

  1. How long will it take to receive my new subscription?

    Depending on the frequency, new subscriptions may take 12 to 16 weeks for the first issue to arrive. A renewal extends a current subscription unless it has already expired.

  2. What if I received duplicate copies of the same magazine?

    Simply call QSP Customer Service: (800) 667-2536, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm. Be sure to have both copies of the duplicate magazine with the address labels, so the subscription can be combined into one extended subscription. For faster service, send both labels directly to the publisher requesting they combine and extend the subscription.

  3. What if I receive a bill from the publisher?

    Write "cancel" on the bill and send it to the publisher. This will not cancel your QSP subscription, it will simply remove your name from the publisher's billing cycle.

  4. What if I'd like to receive a premium the publisher is advertising?

    You may have seen an ad on TV or have received a direct offer from the publisher with a premium. QSP is authorized to fulfill only those premiums featured in our catalogues.

  5. What if my address is changing?

    Simply call QSP Customer Service: (800) 667-2536, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm. Your new address will be recorded and forwarded directly to the publisher. Please allow at least 2 issues for the publisher to implement the address change. For faster service, send the current mailing label and the new address directly to the publisher. The address is usually found on the table of contents page.

  1. Is it a good idea to sell more than one chocolate product?

    In some cases it makes good sense to offer a variety of 2 or more items. Often this will encourage multiple sales. We offer several easy-to-carry case combinations including a number of nut-free choices. Depending upon your community and situation, our trained fundraising professionals will help you decide what products are best.

  2. What support materials do you supply?

    QSP has everything you will need to run a successful chocolate program. We have bags, collection envelopes and record forms, as well as wall charts and posters. Supplies are available through our fundraising professionals.

QSP Gift Programs Questions and Answers

  1. Should we collect the money up-front or when we deliver the product?

    By collecting up-front you avoid NSF cheques. Collecting when you deliver the product means you don't have to do the tallying because QSP does it all for you. People also tend to buy more when they don't have to pay up-front.

  2. Do you accept late orders?

    Any late orders must be submitted by the school along with a Summary form and it will be processed as a supplementary order.

  3. What if a customer changes their mind about an item they order?

    QSP offers a full 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, a customer changes his/her mind about an item they order, he/she will receive a full refund.
